ASSIST's Emergency Home Repair program provides immediate attention to serious housing conditions that affect the health, safety or well being of low income residents. EHR is designed for low-income home owners and in special cases renters.
Households Served and Total Jobs reflects the last 5 years.
Low-income home owners whose household income is less than 80% of the area median income (AMI). In very limited cases EHR can assist renters who have a safety or life threatening hazard.
